Dustin Price
Adult Discipleship PastorOriginally from Dayton Ohio, Dustin is passionate about seeing the global Church equipped to be the local expression of God’s love! Dustin moved to Western North Carolina in 2013. Dustin and his wife moved up from Atlanta, Georgia after spending 5 years serving as a university professor and working with the local church in China. He received his B.A. in Public Relations from Lee University in 2000. He completed His M.A. in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College in 2012. Currently he serves as the Adult Discipleship Pastor at New Covenant Church.
Melissa Chaplin
Master Certified CoachAs an ICF Master Certified Coach, Melissa relishes the space that coaching provides for lasting life change in individuals, couples, and teams. Since 2005, Melissa has had the remarkable privilege of coaching clients to overcome any roadblock in the way of making a healthy transition, creating a thriving marriage, and living with purpose while fully leveraging one’s strengths. In 2015, Melissa’s deep calling to make a healthy re-entry possible for all returnees led her to publish Returning Well: Your Guide to Thriving Back “Home” After Serving Cross-Culturally. As a tenacious learner of what makes relationships work and helps people fulfill their callings, she is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, a Gottman Leader, and a Certified Couple Communication Instructor. Also, as an ICF Mentor Coach, she delights in empowering coaches in coaching confidence and competence for Kingdom impact.

Jacque Lederman
Prayer Team CoordinatorJacque has lead the prayer initiatives at AGC since 2008. The email prayer support team and a small local prayer team consistently hold AGC up in prayer. Jacque and her husband have three college-aged children and are active members of North Henry Baptist Church in Stockbridge, GA, where Jacque serves as the music and worship ministry leader.
Earnest Thompson
International Corporate Executive (ret)Earnest traveled the globe for nearly three decades in senior branding and corporate communications positions for Fortune 50 companies. Along the way, he lived with his family in Berlin and Brussels so is first hand familiar with the challenges of cross cultural living.
He has been an active participant in church startups in Berlin, the Washington D.C. area and greater Detroit. He and his wife live near children and grandchildren in the Detroit metro area. They are active members of Kensington Church.
Mike Teston
Marriage/Family SpecialistMike has a masters degree in theology and more than 30 years in vocational ministry. In 2013, after 10 years on the staff of North Point Community Church, he founded CoreRelations, a ministry focused on key relationships. Mike has been married to Kathy for 42 years and together they love serving missionaries. They were missionaries in the Solomon Islands, and have led dozens of short-term trips around the world.
Randy Dodd
Missionary/AuthorRandy is a missionary and novelist. He is the author of three best-selling Christian novels - 'Wisdom Hunter', 'Jordan's Crossing', and 'Brotherhood of Betrayal'. As a project coordinator for Global Ministries Fellowship, he currently recruits, trains, and leads short-term mission teams to work alongside evangelical churches in Europe.
Billy Nolan
Mission StrategistBilly is the Donor Development Director with Heart for Lebanon, and previously he was a Director on the global(x) staff with North Point Ministries for over 17 years. He has a passion for coaching and developing leaders. In fact, Billy served on the board of AGC. Billy and his wife, Shala were missionaries in East Asia for over 6 years with staff with Campus Crusade for Christ.
TJ Chaplin
Business OwnerTJ serves in a leadership role in two businesses, Software Unlimited, Inc., which provides fund accounting systems that are customized for K-12 school districts, and Coffea Roasterie, which sources and roasts flavorful coffees grown by dedicated producers around the world.
Fran LaMattina
Consultative Coach, MCCFran is the President and Founder of Strategies for Greatness, LLC, a consultative coaching practice that serves leaders of organizations, individuals, and work teams. She is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
Ruth Maxwell
Career Missionary, ACCRuth is a single missionary with a heart for mentoring, discipling and coaching missionaries and ministry leaders worldwide. As a career missionary with SIM (Serving in Mission), she has lived and worked many years in South Africa. She holds the Associate Certified Coach credential with the International Coach Federation.
Jessica Sagraves
Office Manager/ BookkeeperJessica, a Lee University graduate with more than 10 years of experience in office management and bookkeeping, is a home school mom and the owner/manager of 3 Tree Bookkeeping. Jessica and her husband have 3 active sons and live in Rocky Mount, Virginia.
Peggy Etheridge
Retired BusinesswomanIn 1988, Peggy and her husband, Ray, established Missions International, Inc., an international mission board and Mexican pastoral organization. The Etheridges traveled many years to Mexico, participating in church planting, construction work, children's ministries, evangelism, and discipleship events.
Josh Eisenberg
Financial AdvisorJosh is currently a Certified Financial Planner with the Northwestern Mutual offices in Atlanta, GA. He and his wife Rachel are active members of New Life Church in Canton, GA, and have a passion for missions work both locally and internationally.
Angela Crossland
Licensed Professional CounselorAngela has a Masters degree in community counseling. After serving on short term mission trips to over 15 countries, she has a heart for ministering to missionaries' spiritual and emotional health. Angela, her husband Jordan, and their three children are active at The Vine Community Church.
Erica McCurdy
Business Strategist/ Certified CoachErica McCurdy is an ICF certified coach in Business Coaching and Family Coaching with more than 25 years of business and non-profit experience. Erica and her family attend North Point Community Church where Erica spent three years on staff in the Care Department. At McCurdy Solutions Group and McCurdy Life Coaching she is known for her ability to successfully merge practical operational business experience, strategic financial savvy and her passion for families.
TODD HUGHES
EntrepreneurTodd resides in Hampton, Ga. He’s a licensed home builder by trade but his passion is mentoring young entrepreneurs and walking alongside men who are struggling with life challenges. Todd is the founder of Man Journey, a ministry with the mission to help men discover and live within their true nature in Christ. Todd has a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University. He is married to the love of his life, Patty and has 2 adult children, Alyssa and Grayson.
Sarah Maxwell
Entrepreneur, Project ManagerSarah Maxwell is passionate about becoming the best neighbor, friend, and mentor to young women and moms no matter where she lives. She currently works as a project manager for the elementary age children’s environment, UpStreet, at Buckhead Church, a campus of North Point Ministries.
Previously, Sarah owned her own catering business, Braking Bread Catering, providing catering services, specialty foods, and wedding cakes for weddings and parties of all sizes. Sarah and her husband lived in Southern Brazil and served as globalX missionaries sent by North Point Ministries. They lived in Brazil for 3 years where they completed language school, cultural adaptation, and the joyful birth of their third daughter. While living in Brazil, Sarah cared for her family, served at a church partnership, and supported her husband as he traveled consulting Brazilian pastors and churches. She also started Simply Sarah where she made and sold custom cheesecakes to a local restaurant in Brazil.
