Krista received her coach training from The Christian Coach Institute and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. She is passionate about coming alongside others in pursuing healthy, victorious, missional lives in all areas: mind, body, soul, and spirit. In addition to her coaching certification, Krista has MA degrees in Counseling, Spiritual Formation, and Divinity. She coaches individuals as well as groups. Her hope is to see clients go from where they are to where they want to be spiritually, emotionally, and physically. She has been in the trenches herself and understands many of the unique happenings of living a missional life.
