About Us

Itrusted Christ as my Savior at age 12. When I was 13 I promised the Lord I would go wherever He wanted me to go and would do whatever He wanted me to do. As the founder and CEO of Advance Global Coaching – and with more than two decades of cross-cultural experience behind me – I am still keeping that promise. I remember what it is like to feel inadequate, alone, and to wonder if I am really making a difference.
Today, my passion is to undergird cross-cultural workers. To support you in a way that nourishes and sustains you. I believe that coaching is a personalized tool that can help reduce the attrition rate. Wherever you are in the world, this ongoing support is personal, affordable and accessible. We have a team of coaches to serve you. We want you to thrive in your calling!
WHO WE ARE
Advance Global Coaching is a 501c3 corporation established in 2007 to advance the Kingdom of God around the globe by providing professional coaching for the missions community. Most mission agencies give or require some training up front before a worker departs for the field and if there is a crisis at some point they hopefully offer counseling. Many organizations struggle to care for their people in between training and a crisis. Our AGC coaching team provides emotional and spiritual support for your important journey. We want you to be more effective and accomplish all God has for you.
